Iphone says Slow Charger

I had high hopes for these. . . I love the look of it and it's very light but feels a bit cheap. I plugged it in and although it works, the iphone says slow charger on it which. . . is a bit insulting to give to a client I feel.

Unfortunately, these wireless charging pads did not charge anyones iphone, with or without a case on. The print on the charging pad looked great, but it was not functional.

Several of us have tried these out and we cannot get them to work!!
