Lots of compliments on the exterior of the notebook (we promote as a journal). I wish the pages were a little softer (less stark white) inside to match the outside softness. However, it gets the job done and looks nice. We printed our logo in gold on the outside and it looks beautiful.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase of 110 custom-designed notebooks from Vistaprint. Despite ensuring my design was meticulously centered within the guidelines provided on their website, the final product featured the design staggeringly offset to the left and larger than requested completely ruining the professional appearance I had intended. This misalignment is not just a minor error but a significant deviation from the proof approved. The quality of the printing itself is satisfactory, but the placement error has rendered these notebooks an embarrassment to distribute to our clients. As a tool intended to reflect the professionalism and attention to detail of my business, this mistake is inexcusable. I expected far better accuracy and quality control from a trusted name like Vistaprint, especially when ordering in such a substantial quantity. I urge Vistaprint to address these quality issues urgently and hope they will take this feedback seriously to prevent similar experiences for others.
