Nice Pen, smooth writing, but logo wrongly aligned

I like the look, feel, and ink smoothness on the pen. What I didn't like so much is that I purposely right aligned our logo resulting in our logo ending/starting right about the same area as the clip ends. But the logo is centered on the customizable area. I went back to check my approved design and preview picture and it definitely shows it as right aligned and ending in same space with the clip. So not sure what happened there.

The quality of the pens are terrible. They are laser engraved into the bamboo and every pen is different. I thought they would be printed like the sample when building the pen on the website.
