The Dart Color Pen has a very specific and compact design area of 0.75" x 1.5". Because this space is limited, if a logo is placed in the center without being manually resized or extended to fill the area, the final print will appear quite small. Our online preview is designed to provide an accurate representation of the final result, and in this case, it did reflect the small scale of the logo before the order was finalized. For future orders, we recommend double-checking the preview carefully to ensure your design fills the available space to your satisfaction.
