Logo just didn’t come out right.

I recently received my pen order and unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the quality of the pens this time around. I have ordered pens from Vista Print in the past and they turned out really nice, which is why I chose to order again. However, with this recent order, the ink/design is already peeling off the pens and I have not even used them yet. I just received them today, so I was very disappointed to see the quality issue immediately upon opening the package. Since the product arrived in this condition, I would like to request a refund or a replacement for the order. Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue. I can also provide photos if needed.

I really wanted to like this, and they do look great from far away, but up close the printing seems to have bled on the pens. I am a photographer so appearance is super important to me. For a $40 set up fee, I would've expected a bit better result. I can come back and add images to this review later, but at the moment I don't have them handy. All I can say is that every single pen, the white of my name and logo looks like it's bleeding into the blue background of the pen. They're not terrible, but definitely expected better

I was so excited to receive our pen order with our updated logo, but the finished product is not what I was expecting. Our logo and website are SO TINY, they are almost illegible (especially the website). See photo: white pen (current) and green pen (new). The pen itself looks nice and writes well. I'm not sure I can use them though and don't have budget to go elsewhere!

The pens arrived in a timely manner and the logo/text is crisp and high quality. The pens write well and are comfortable to hold. Great quality for the price!
