I recently ordered custom pens from VistaPrint, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The pens themselves are great — they write smoothly, feel sturdy, and arrived on time. They look professional and are exactly the style I was hoping for.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the logo printing could be better. The logo quality isn’t as sharp and clear as expected, which slightly affects the overall appearance.
Aside from that, the ordering process was easy, and the product itself is good. With improved logo print quality, this would easily be a five-star experience.
