Good quality pen, poor logo print

The pens are great, write really smooth. My logo printed very small and did not look like the preview when I made them.

Blurry logo

Logo on Pens was extremely blurry, called customer service said they would replace. Will review again after new delivery.

Sales associate assured me that we would be able to read our phone number. I can not read the phone number and that's 100% how we get our business.
