The first batch was completely unreadable, with the ink bleeding into a big blob. The replacement batch was no better. I brought them to a conference and multiple people said they thought they needed new glasses because they couldn't read it. I told them I even got a replacement order because they were unreadable and they invariably asked for one of the new ones. But they were holding one of the new ones. The ones in the photo are the best, not the worst. The logo is supposed to look kind of like a target. I'm getting a refund. I can;t upload a pic but it's just as bad as last time.

The design looked great in the mock up, so I bought 150. When they arrived, the ink bled so bad the logo was just a blob and the lettering was completely unreadable. I can't get a proper photo because my iphone keeps cleaning it up and making it look better than it really is. But you get the point. I wonder if they'll do a reshipment or refund. . .

Majority of our logo is cut off and the printing seemed to be subpar. I wish I can have my money back or a credit because I got 200 pens and don’t know if I want to give these out to people.
