Our order arrived well before the expected delivery date, and the online creation tool made designing the custom layout quick and simple. While the overall quality of the functional pens is decent for the price, the packaging and quality control were disappointing. My daughter and I spent hours sorting through all 500 items, only to discover several completely defective pieces and an additional 40 to 50 pens that had entirely fallen apart inside the box and required manual reassembly. While the fast shipping and easy design process were highly appreciated, having to repair nearly ten percent of our own order was incredibly frustrating.
