I ordered custom stamps and a personalized pen from VistaPrint and was disappointed with both items.
Custom Stamp: The font on the stamp is extremely small — much smaller than it appeared in the product preview. It's very difficult to read, which defeats the purpose of a custom stamp. The design was not represented accurately.
Custom Pen: The ink quality is very poor. The pen writes dry and skips constantly, making it nearly unusable. I expected a functional product, not just a decorative one.
Overall, the products did not look or perform the way they were shown online. I would not recommend these items and will not be reordering. I hope VistaPrint improves the quality and accuracy of what customers see before purchasing.

We regret reading that the custom stamp and personalized pen did not meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing the submitted artwork, we noted that the designs used for both products were photographs taken with a camera that contained embedded text, rather than high-resolution digital artwork files. As a result, the image quality available for production was limited and did not provide the same level of sharpness and clarity typically achieved with professionally prepared files at 300 DPI resolution. Furthermore, we noted the stamp ordered was our Small size option (1.42" x 0.47"), which is the most compact stamp size currently available. Given the limited imprint area, fine details and smaller text elements can appear significantly reduced when transferred to the final stamp impression. Furthermore, we offer Medium and Large stamp sizes, which are available on the product page. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the on-screen preview and downloading the PDF proof available during the design process before placing an order. These tools can help set clearer expectations regarding text size, artwork detail, and the overall appearance of the finished product. For optimal results, we recommend recreating the design using high-resolution digital artwork files at 300 DPI, and considering a larger stamp size if greater readability is desired.
