Applying it in moderate temperatures and firmly smoothing out all edges can also help improve adhesion. We're sorry to hear that the incorrect option was selected for the window decal and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the option was selected for the product to be applied to the inside of the window. Please note that there are two options for the decals, one to be applied on the inside and the other to be applied on the outside. For future orders we would recommend selecting the option for the decal to be applied to the outside of the window.
