If you are going to reply to reviews that your customers leave, make sure you check your facts first. You replied stating,
"It appears that it has been three years since your initial order, and in cases where such a significant amount of time has passed, we recommend reaching out to our team for guidance before replacing items. "
That's exactly what I did. I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct item so I called and an employee from your company selected exactly what I was supposed to and set up the art file for me. This was all done by VistaPrint. Don't reply acting like it's my fault and I did something wrong.

The print is nice, which is the only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1, but the material is larger than the original. If this company is going to sell replacements, they need to make them the same size. I can't even get the wrinkles out when putting it on the stand because the velcro doesn't hit all the spots since it's too big. I'm now trying to figure out what to do for my next convention in a few weeks. Complete waste of money!

Frequently asked questions
Our pop-up graphics are made of machine-washable polyester. The graphic also includes hook and loop fasteners for a secure fit on your display’s frame.
We recommend that you fold the fabric after each use. If you do see wrinkles, know that they should disappear once you’ve set up your pop-up. You can also iron or steam the fabric, if you’d like.
With proper care and normal wear and tear, a pop-up display is expected to last roughly 6 years.
These graphics were designed for use with Vistaprint pop-up banners display frames only. We cannot guarantee that they will fit other frames.
The 7.5’ x 7.5’ pop-up works well with most standard-size trade show booths.
The pop-up display is NFPA701 fire certified.
