I made sure to brighten my art just in case it came out dark when printed and it made no difference, still came out really dark. Even the proof that was sent to me was misleading making it seem like the colors were fine. Very unhappy will not order from here again.

To provide some context on why this happens, digital screens display designs using an RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color profile, which uses light to make colors appear vibrant and bright. However, our professional printing process utilizes CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks. When an RGB file is converted for print, the colors are automatically adjusted, which can often cause the final product to appear darker or more muted than it looked on your backlit monitor—particularly if the original design already contained darker tones.
