The poster came within a tube and it has been difficult to use. Would have love to know how the packaging was going to be before purchase.

Posters are typically shipped in protective tubes to prevent creasing or damage in transit, but we understand that this can sometimes cause curling that makes them difficult to use right away. To help flatten the poster, you may try gently reverse-rolling it and laying it flat under a clean, heavy object (such as books) for 24–48 hours. This often helps the material relax and smooth out. That said, we completely understand your concern about not knowing the packaging format beforehand.
