Signacade Sturdy But Insert Fades

We have had our signacade since 2019. The inserts faded within a year. To purchase a single new insert is a third of the price of the entire signacade. Not happy with this product.

I thought this was the full signicade. It is only the insert. I am very disappointed for the price.

I thought I will get the holder and 1 insert as the photos showed, but only received the insert. Very disappointed with vista print. Trying to order the frame only but there no way to order.
