Great quality and speedy delivery!

The print for the step and repeat had a smudge that appeared on every one of the logos for one of the company names on the step and repeat. The material was not specified well or given as an option in the purchase. What I thought I was getting was a vinyl banner for the step and repeat. What I got was the equivalent to a cloth shower curtain that had been printed on.

I used the Design Service for a project. Things started out fine, as I did receive an "initial" design by the design service member. However, when I requested a revision on the very next day, which I am entitled to three revisions (as per the Design Services offerings), I never heard back from the designer. The delay began pushing my project's delivery services. After a couple of days, thinking the designer would respond, I used "Chat" to get some help. The Chat representative said I needed to start all over with a new Design Service request. Once I began the second attempt with Design Services, a new design was made, approved by me, and ordered. I had to pay extra for the delivery because I didn't want to take a chance for the product to arrive late. In all, the product was supposed to arrive on March 2, 2026 for an event that was to be held on March 9, 2026. Unfortunately, the product never arrived by the March 2nd date. In fact, as I began tracking the product, I received an update on February 28, 2026 letting me know that the package had no further updates. Again, I reached out for assistance with the package; however, this time I had a live Vistaprint representative. In speaking with the representative, she found that the package that was to arrive on March 2nd had been lost by FEDEX. Immediately, the representative put in an order for a "replacement" product. She said the replacement would be delivered to me. and it was due to arrive on March 5, 2026. On March 5th, the package never arrived. As I tracked the package, I was (then) given an update that the package would not arrive until March 9, 2026, two days after the event I needed the product for. Again, I reached out to Vistaprint to express my disappointment. The most the company could do was give me a total refund. After paying for two Design Services, an express delivery, and for the product, receiving it two days after the special event I was hosting was disappointing. I'm not sure how any of this happened, but I sure hope Vistaprint could/would backtrack this entire situation and help ensure that the delays on their end will be avoided at all costs. I have used Vistaprint n the past and always had wonderful and timely service. In this case, there was one delay after another that contributes to this low rating.

We were happy to see the quality of the fabric and stand matched the description on the website. It is what we were looking for exactly! There was a small dirt stain on our banner, but we were able to wash it out.
