The banner came very quickly, but I realized that the quality was of a much lower resolution than both my uploaded image and a previous banner I had purchased using the same process. I contacted customer service using the chat function and within minutes, Bianca had determined that there was an error in production and ordered a new banner made and sent via express shipping. It arrived within two days in time for our tabling event and looked great. Thank you!

The tabletop props I bought look great, but they didn't come with any kind of casing or bag to keep all the parts together. They're three piece sets, all metal, and as of right now, they cling around in my bag and make lots of noise.

Don’t understand what is happening with Vistaprint lately. From terribly customer service to this really poor print quality that made the image blurry and ineligible.

2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
