I love vista print and the printing is perfect but the cheap banner signs are JUNK. Piles aren’t straight,, the signs lean back and do not stand up on their own. First time I’m disappointed.

The sign meets our basic needs but there was about a 4 inch section of blank space at the top of the sign. I'm guessing this had to do with our submitting an 8. 5x11 word document, which you printed on an 11x18 sign.

I really like the concept, but the print quality is unfortunately not good. We provided a high res file, as we have done for countless other projects, and the resulting print was very soft, almost blurred. Improve the print quality and you'd have a great product at an affordable price.

You indicate that you submitted a high-resolution upload, but that the print is very faint and almost blurry. We apologize for this. 1. Cassette: Set your cassette on the table.
2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
