We have compared one of the designs to a previous order and found that the font size was larger than on the older order. For the design with the business cards, you will be required to make the font larger in the original design program. It may be best to change the layout or cling size, so the business hours can be bigger. When creating your design, we recommend that you use the safe margin line (dotted line) as a guide for where to place your image and text. All important details should be within the dotted lines; however, the further away the image or text is, the smaller it will look when printed. You may use the Zoom tab in the studio to reduce the size to have a better impression of what the design will look like. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing your original artwork and placing a new order. We trust this was helpful to you.

Yes, we do. In addition to offering our standard square/rectangular or circle/oval shapes and standard sizes, you can now upload a custom shape and/or size. Window clings can be as small as 5" x 5" or as large as 36" x 48" with either a standard shape or custom shape of your choice.

If the glass reaches temperatures of more than 100°F on a hot, sunny day, the window cling may begin to melt. A sticky residue may be left, but it will not damage your surface.

You sure can. Because they don’t have adhesive, your removeable window cling signs can be carefully removed and used again.

If you want to see through your cling, you must have a clear background. Choose our clear material option or upload a cling without a background.
