I would call this more of a sticker. This isn't the kind of soft plastic window cling that can just be peeled off and put up, and easily pulled down. This is more of a sticker that requires a little bit of work to get on/off. It's not a bad product tho, I just wish I knew what I was getting. If they ever have a true cling, I would reorder.
