Lightweight and convenient, but somewhat flimsy

We purchased this banner stand to use with a 2. 5'x6' grommeted banner we ordered from Vistaprint (the banner came out beautifully!). It worked for displaying our banner on stage at classical music concerts, but there weren't many people walking beside it. I would have worried that someone could have easily knocked it over, as the stand seemed a little flimsy. We couldn't figure out how to use the bottom hooks with the grommets on our banner, as whenever I affixed the stand to the grommets, the stand lost the right balance for staying upright with some tension between the legs. We might need to play around with a little bit. We didn't have a lot of time to figure out a better type of banner stand, and we weren't able to buy a retractable one at this time, so this worked in a pinch, but I think a retractable banner would have been a more secure option.

Your comments on balance and using the bottom hooks are appreciated, and we recommend spending some time finding the perfect balance for your banner. The banner should be attached to each hook in the banner stand. You may need to create distance between the banner and the stand to create balance, as the stand should be taut. Since the retractable banner is larger and heavier, it will provide more stability than the X-banner stand. We hope this information helps.

First stand broke in first use. Ordered a replacement and it arrived broken. Very poor quality and do not recommend purchasing this product.
