We ordered some note cards, and also specialty colored envelopes. We typically get standard envelopes, but this is our 30th anniversary year, so we have ordered some cards and upgraded the envelopes to use this year.
The first shipment included white envelopes, instead of the cream color that we ordered. My coworker reached back out to you for a replacement shipment. Unfortunately, the second shipment included the same white envelopes, not the cream color we ordered.
It was easy to determine, not just on the color, but also the v-shape of the flap (shown in the survey email) vs. the straight edged flap that the white envelope has.
You did refund us for the envelopes, which is certainly appreciated since we didn't get what we ordered. But getting the incorrect order twice, was very disappointing.

Our colorful envelopes are created to be used with VistaPrint stationery and may not fit similar cards from other companies.
No. We currently only offer our colored envelopes in these four sizes: 4.375" x 5.75", 4.75" x 7.5", 6" x 9" and #9 (fits 3.86" x 8.39" cards).
Personalized features are only available for custom envelopes, while colored envelopes come in a range of special paper materials, like silver metallic or kraft paper. However, you may add your own personal touches like calligraphy, self-inking stamps, custom stickers or return address labels.
No. We currently don’t offer a peel-and-stick flap option. The flaps of our envelopes have an adhesive that needs moisture to activate.
