Graduation invitations should be mailed 4-6 weeks before your graduation party to give guests time to RSVP and make plans. For graduation announcements, send them around the time of the ceremony or shortly after – typically within 2 weeks of graduation. For print graduation invitations and announcements, be sure to factor in shipping time.
Your graduation party invitations should include:
Graduate's full name School name and graduation year Date, time and location of the party RSVP details (contact and deadline) Dress code or theme (if any) For grad announcements (which are sent to share the grad’s achievement), include: Graduate's full name School and degree/diploma earned (for university graduates) Graduation date Optional: future plans or a personal message (i.e. This September, I’ll be spending a year in Japan teaching English. That’s up to you! From professional senior portraits to candid shots taken during sporting events or extracurriculars, choose photos that capture the grad’s unique personality and interests. (Just ensure your photos or designs have at least 150 dots per inch and are supported by one of these file formats.) You can also upload multiple images with photo grid templates. Yes. Before adding your custom graduation invitations to your cart, you’ll have a chance to include envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.
Yes. As you create your graduation photo cards or invites, you can download a digital proof of your design – for free. This makes it easy to double-check your work or share your ideas with someone else as many times as you’d like.
