Custom guest books are particularly popular at wedding receptions (which some might consider the ultimate party). But really, any big occasion is a chance to get in on this meaningful tradition – that includes bridal showers, baby showers, milestone birthdays and big anniversary parties. After all, if it’s worth celebrating, it’s worth remembering with a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Yes. As long as you don’t offer markers for signing, guests can write on either side of the paper without the ink bleeding through.
Note: Our white lined paper is only lined on one side, but guests can still write on the unlined side if they wish.
Absolutely. We can print any full-color photos you’d like on the cover. To ensure your photos come out clear and crisp, we suggest using high-resolution images that are at least 300 dpi.
We don’t offer printing on the interior pages. That said, if it’s important for you to include photos, consider one of our photo books – you can add pictures to the inside and invite guests to write in the margins.
The most popular way to display a wedding guest book is on its own table at the entryway to your reception. That way, guests will pass it as they trickle in from the ceremony. To draw even more attention, consider adding a sign along with some on-theme decor (a floral arrangement, greenery, even candy!).
If that location doesn’t work for your venue, that’s okay! You can also put your guest book on the bar during cocktail hour or at the entrance to your ceremony. Just be sure it’s in a visible spot that gets lots of foot traffic, otherwise guests can easily overlook it in the hustle and bustle of your big day.
That depends on the paper. If you select our blank white or white lined paper, any fine point or roller ball pen will do. For our black paper, we suggest using a white gel pen.
Avoid using markers on any of the papers, as the ink might bleed through the pages.
