I was disappointed because the border was offset from the outside border. Also the print is so light you can barely read it.

To help, we’ve taken action on your account to address the issue, and an email will be sent with the details. Based on our order checks, the border was not aligned in the submitted design, and the font colors selected were quite light, which impacted readability. For best results in the future, we suggest choosing a darker font color, making the text bold, and slightly increasing the font size. Additionally, we recommend requesting a PDF proof from the editing studio and viewing it at 100% before submitting your order. This helps ensure the layout, alignment, and readability appear as expected before printing.

The order was printed nicely, but packaged in multiple small shrink wrap, which made it very difficult to quickly assemble the cards on the day we needed them. Paid a heavy rush, charge and had delivered to UPS store. I highly recommend you stop using UPS. they are difficult to work with and often ruin deliveries. The store which we utilized so we would not have a problem with the delivery to our home, was rude understaffed and made me wait for the order.
