We're truly sorry to hear that the color of your letterhead didn't turn out quite the way you expected; we certainly want you to be pleased with your stationery. Just to explain a little about why that might have happened—our printing process uses a CMYK color profile. Often, what looks very bright and vibrant on a computer screen (which uses RGB) can turn out a bit more muted or darker once it’s actually printed on paper. It sounds like that’s why your burgundy shifted toward a brownish tone. Could you please check if your original design was set to CMYK and is "print-safe"? If you could just reply to this email and confirm that, we would be more than happy to get a replacement order started for you right away.
