QR code dosent work

I called costumer service BEFORE order this becuse the QR code was not working already on my phone and on my husband phone. costumer service said it was working fine, but when I got the order I tested again and sure enough the QR code dosent work. I want my money back please.

We sincerely apologize that the QR code is not working as expected on the final printed product. To help us investigate this further and resolve it as quickly as possible, could you please send us a clear photo of the QR code as it appears on the product? If possible, please also include a photo of the full card for reference. Once we receive the images, we’ll review your case right away and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Stunning! At first I was a bit worried that the photo I had uploaded was going to be a little blurry printed out (since it looked a little blurry on the preview) but it turned out really good! (*Professional photo was used) and the thickness of the cards! Wow! I was suprised with how thick they were! Overall good experience
