Didn't fit the stamp

I ordered a replacement ink pad for the stamp that I originally ordered from vista print. 3" stamp was the option, no options for different stamp models. It arrived and didn't fit. Customer service was able to get me a refund.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

This is not the type of service we want our customers to have, so it really saddens us that this was your experience. Thank you for reaching out directly to customer care, so they could provide you with some assistance with the order. Feel free to contact us directly for any further assistance.

It has a line at the top that prints. I had to put scotch tape there to keep it from getting on my signature area. 2nd one that I have ordered that has done that.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are sorry to hear that there was an unwanted line on the Signature Stamps. Your feedback is important to us, and we would like to investigate this further. Could you please reply to this email with a photo that highlights the concern? Great idea for replacements

I like the option to get more work out of the stamps with a spare pad. One never knows how long it can last, especially using it to stamp return address on envelopes.

Frequently asked questions

To ensure you get the correct ink, first identify the brand and model of your stamp. This information is often found on the stamp's body or handle. Once you know which stamp you’ve got, check out the product descriptions above to find the right refill for you. If you're unsure, our customer service team is happy to assist.

To get the absolute most out of your VistaPrint stamp, we highly recommend using only VistaPrint-compatible ink pads or ink bottles. Using incompatible inks can lead to poor impression quality and could also damage your stamp.

The frequency depends on how often you use your stamp. For light use, you might only need to refill your ink every few months or even annually. For more frequent use, you may need to replace or re-ink every few weeks or months. You'll know it's time when your stamp impressions start to appear faded or incomplete.
