4 identical self inking stamps NO GOOD!

Ordered and received 4 identical self inking stamps that I wanted for a gift to my Church on Easter. The 4 were delivered the 2 days before Easter but none of them even came close to working. Very poor assembly or design of case unit meant that entire 2 line stamp was not hitting paper equally so that less than half of text was printed. Additionally a section below text that should not be printed at all had heavy black line where that part of print head got inked and hit paper when it should not have happened. I realize anything can go wrong, but 4 times??? And absolutely no quality checks before they shipped my items???? Lastly, after causing me not to be able to gift them to Church on Easter, and creating a lot of grief to me in our communications, with me having to send them 5 scans to demonstrate my problems, they refused to refund my money while at same time replacing my units. I have yet to receive the replacement units so am hoping they will be OK so I do not have to continue with this problem. I have had them print business cards before, and they did a good job. Maybe they should stick to printing and not sell self inking stamps.
