Hello, We checked and never received the package. All of our staff also have no records of it and there are cameras in the building. Please, we ask could you double check? Re-send the order asap and do not re-charge us as we never received it. We also paid for expedited shipping, and we'll ask you refund the expedited shipping as soon as possible.
