Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that the QR code on your stamp is not scannable and that this has made it unusable for your business cards. We want to provide some clarity on why this can be a very challenging issue. In general, it is not recommended to include a detailed QR code design for a stamp. When you press a stamp down, the ink naturally spreads a tiny bit. For a QR code, which needs every single small square to be perfectly crisp for a phone's camera to read, this tiny ink spread can affect the details and make it unscannable. This is made even more challenging because the stamp size you selected is the smallest one we offer. Furthermore, upon reviewing your design, we have checked and found that the QR Code you used includes very small details, almost like tiny "dots," which will definitely not transfer well with ink. However, we absolutely want to look into this for you. To help us see the final result, could you please share a few photos of the stamped samples showing how the QR code is printing? We are truly sorry for this experience and look forward to finding a solution for you.
