If you press down too hard, it'll print the edges of the rectangle with the signature. Also, there was no copy of the signature at the top of the stamp as shown in the picture, so I had to print it with a label maker to make sure I was stamping the right side up every time. There's no way to take the paper at the top out to even write on it to orient the stamp. Wonder if this was a malfunction or how it's supposed to be.

We’re sorry for the confusion and concerns regarding your stamp. Each stamp is designed with a blank label on the top, so you can personalize it yourself. To do this, remove the paper insert, stamp your design onto it, and place it back into the display slot, so the label reflects the stamp impression. Regarding the issue with the stamp printing the border when pressed too firmly, if you could send us a few images or sample impressions showing the issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look and determine whether this may be a defect or expected behavior.

This was my first time ordering a stamp, I've ordered many things from Vistaprint and never had any problems. However, I ordered my first stamp and it was defective. Customer service was great, replaced it with no issues. But I got the second one and pretty sure it's worse. I definitely will not be ordering a stamp from them again.
