I reordered a notepad that I’ve bought a couple of times before. I assumed I would receive the same product but this time the glue was along the short side instead of the long side. Now I have 3 notepads I’m disappointed with.

Thank you for your feedback on the Notepads. We are sorry to hear that the new order did not turn out as expected, as the glue was on the short side instead of the long side. We have reviewed your account and were unable to locate a previous order for note pads from us. If you ordered from a different account, please respond to this email to confirm the order number, so we can review this further. However, what we can confirm is that the glue on our notepads is usually placed on the top, which is the shorter side of the notepad. Furthermore, we noticed that your design was in a horizontal layout but placed on a vertical template. This likely impacted the placement of the glue. To resolve this issue, we recommend that you switch the layout to "horizontal" and place a new order. Also, please note that the 8.5" x 11" size does not come in a horizontal layout. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We trust this was helpful to you.
