Color Doesn't Match In Real Life

We ordered cream colored wedding invitations, and the invitations came on greyish white paper.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your Wedding Invitations arrived in a greyish-white tone rather than the cream color you were expecting.
Please be advised that while RGB tones appear very bright and vibrant on digital screens, the printing process uses CMYK color profiles. Because of this, those bright RGB tones are automatically converted during production, which can sometimes cause colors to appear darker or more muted. In cases like yours, certain cream tones can unfortunately shift toward a greyish appearance once printed.
To help resolve this, we have made a test proof using a true tone cream (#FFFDD0) that is specifically optimized for printing to ensure a more accurate result. We have sent a separate email to you containing a preview of this updated design. Please respond to that email to confirm if you would prefer a replacement using this specific tone, and we will be happy to get that processed for you right away.

The finished invitations on linen turned out absolutely beautiful! I am very happy with the them and are receiving compliments from guests who are receiving them. Even so, I have to say that the electronic addressing for the envelopes was not a smooth inputting process nor was I was happy with the finished result as it separated names awkwardly over two lines or sometimes abbreviated street addresses in a non-standard way. I was not anticipating this as I had reached out to the chat feature multiple times adjusting my input based on their suggestions. I was told that the software has character limitations. This needs to be addressed as wedding guest lists include longer names and street addresses that can't be avoided. The coordinating envelopes themselves were lovely so for those longer names or addresses, perhaps take the time to handwrite them. Shipping and packaging were great!
