Very satisfied with everything but one item

As usual, my items look incredible and I'm so happy with the products. However, I did have an issue with one item. On line my name appeared on my labels very clearly and brightly but the actual item you can barely notice my name is even there. As an artist, name recognition is important. These labels are to go on the backside of prints that are being shipped out of state and sold through a shop. I will have to probably reorder and hope they arrive in time.
