Not what i expected

I have received great products from VP in the past. For this order, i was expecting cards with a silver-embossed logo, as in the examples. Instead, I received a flat gray logo with some embossed words. When i called, they said "You have to select (button) during the design process. " I said, "that doesn't appear as an option". They said, "Oh. That's because you can't emboss your own logo. You have use one of ours. " (1) That's not clear at all from the way this is advertised/marketed, and (2) what business owner uses one of the very limited number of stock images from VP for their logo?!

You can choose from gold or silver foil. For an alternative, you can check out our foil accent business cards, where the foil is printed flat and matches the original colors of the design.

Not at this time. Because of a more complex printing process, we’re only able to offer pre-designed templates for raised foil business cards. However, there are many to choose from, giving you some flexibility over what information, design elements and images are foil-printed.

We offer a premium matte or glossy paper that the foil is printed on top of.

Both the glossy and matte options mentioned above are 16pt. Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

Not at the moment. The unique foil printing process only allows us to offer single-sided foil printing. However, you can still add a printed backside for an additional cost.
