This is second order in a row that they have failed to properly produce. This never used to happen before! The cards showed up with missing gold foil that is clearly shown on the proof as well as noted on the order. Also, the hats were literally shoved in the small box with the business cards and is creased so badly, it looks like it has been through the washer 100 times! I really was hoping for this order to come through without a hitch, but, it seems i am in the same boat as i was the last order! Endless emails back and forth to have the issue corrected!

We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with issues back-to-back, and we regret the inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding your business cards, we want to clarify that because of a more complex printing process, we’re only able to offer pre-designed templates for Raised Foil Business Cards. This means that the raised foil finish will not be available for fully uploaded custom designs, a detail that is disclosed on our product FAQ section. As an alternative, we would love for you to consider our Foil Accent Business Cards, which allow for metallic accents on uploaded designs. Please reply directly to this email to let us know if you would like to explore this option, and we will confirm the next steps to get this sorted out for you.
As for the hats, we reviewed your account and found that one of our Care Specialists has already assisted you with this concern and processed a replacement batch at no cost.
