Heard good things about vista print and decided to go for this company for my business card. They have sent me a pack of misaligned cards and tried to put the fault on me while i do have proof that the card I designed had nothing wrong with it. I have paid for express shipping initially and for the replacement they are about to send it does still take 7 days for it to arrive and I think that's unfair. Company refunded me half of the original shipping cost when i complained. I love the design of the card though and I believe it's high quality. . .

The raised silver words are very difficult to read unless you tilt the card, and then they appear black. The cards are not usable.

Not at this time. Because of a more complex printing process, we’re only able to offer pre-designed templates for raised foil business cards. However, there are many to choose from, giving you some flexibility over what information, design elements and images are foil-printed.

We offer a premium matte or glossy paper that the foil is printed on top of.

Both the glossy and matte options mentioned above are 16pt. Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

Not at the moment. The unique foil printing process only allows us to offer single-sided foil printing. However, you can still add a printed backside for an additional cost.
