Embroidery looks good but colors are off

The backpack is very nice, I like the way that the embroidery landed on the item but some of the colors are very off from my actual logo color - a brown came out in red thread. There wasn’t really anyway to know this was going to happen in the proof stage - I would order embroidery items again but only stick with black or white.
