The North Face® Groundwork Backpack

I love this backpack, being able to carry a pack with the company logo on it for events and conferences is wonderful.

Some letters are larger than others. The stitching is tilted, not even straight. & I centered my design and it was leveled.

I love this backpack, it is exactly what I was looking for in terms of size! I love that I could get my logo embroidered on the backpack and the stitching looks awesome. The customer service was responsive, always responding with not only an answer but also a solution, in less than 24 hours. Issues that arose during my ordering process: 1) My order was delayed due to a backorder of product and my order's estimated ship date did not reflect the changes until the date of actual shipment. While that kind of thing drives me crazy, the Promotique team always answered my email inquiries regarding the status in less than 24 hours - as long as I get updates I'm happy! 2) Once I received the backpack, the color of the threading for my business name did not match what I ordered. I emailed customer service and received an answer and solution within an hour. Although there were hiccups along the way, I still give this 5 stars because I love the product and the customer service was outstanding, ensuring my satisfaction! Also after 5 months of daily use carrying ~7 lbs (laptop, files, office supplies, water bottle), the straps and bag are still going strong. Lots of inside pockets to keep my supplies organized and I love the size of the side mesh pocket to hold a water bottle.
