great student bag but on the small side

We're impressed and excited about this bag as a great around campus student backpack. It looks great and is well made, and fits nicely on the shoulders. The interior laptop pocket is a real advantage for this purpose. The secondary pocket is a good size and has its own interior organizer utilities. The only downside is that the main section could be a bit bigger to hold more books/folders. One issue we had was the embroidery was not placed correctly, but after contacting support they are working to get it fixed for us, so I'm assuming that error will get corrected.
