I love the Imperial hat and the embroidery is impressive. Nicely done. However, it came in a flat pack with the hat smashed into a shrink wrap bag. I figured the hat’s structure would be totally compromised. A few days of TLC got it into wearable condition. Will request future hats be shipped in a box, even if I have to pay additional postage…

The font stitching was very inconsistent across all 9 hats that we ordered. I've seen many people with font size similar to this and have great looking caps. These were disappointing to us.

The embroidery is excellent. The colors are great. My only problem is that it is slightly too heavy for pickleball. I was hoping it would be made with the lighter material that is also sweat wicking. But other than that I love it.
