We can confirm that you specifically ordered the stickers printed on plastic material, and we’re sorry that the replacement did not meet those specifications. This is not the experience we want for our customers. To help us investigate this further with our Quality Team, could you please send us photos of the stickers you received, including the packaging if possible? Once we receive the images, we’ll review the issue and work toward the best possible resolution for you.

We're sorry to hear that the print was too small on the stickers ordered and apologize for any inconvenience caused. In an effort to resolve the issue, we've edited both products to make the font larger and have processed a free reorder for them.
