Carbonless paper, also known as no carbon required (NCR) paper, transfers what is written on the top layer to the pages beneath. The paper uses microcapsules of ink to create a clean, carbon-free duplicate and triplicate copy. Before this development, contractors and store owners used traditional carbon paper to create the same effect, which is why the term “carbon copy” is sometimes still used today.

Customized carbonless forms can help give clients a professional impression of your business. The business forms you hand out are less likely to appear generic, and customers can easily spot contact details when handling taxes, transactions and receipts.

One set includes 2 or 3 sheets of 20 lb. text paper (a lightweight, flexible paper stock commonly found in books or magazines). Whatever you write on the top white sheet gets transferred to the sheets underneath. Each sheet of paper features your custom design.
