I’ve honestly never seen a worse print quality from a printing service. I ordered the oval die cut postcards and was very disappointed in the quality and print color of my order. There were inconsistencies in color, white lines, scratches, rough edges, and visible numbers and letters in the background of my solid green background. I also upgraded to premium stock and it was barely the thickness of a standard postcard. I was refunded for the order, however, Vista Print could not offer a reprint solution or rush order in time for my event. The quickest turn round time offered was 10 days. There was clearly no quality control review of this order and now I’m SOL for my event.
