We are sorry to hear that your hang tags did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the perceived scale, font size, and the hole dimension. We understand how important it is for the final product to closely reflect what is seen during the design process. To help set clear expectations about the final print outcome, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the preview mode and the PDF proof prior to placing an order, as these tools provide the most accurate representation of sizing, layout, and placement before production. Upon checking your order, we noted that the selected hang tag size was 2" x 3.5", which is one of our smaller formats and therefore offers limited space for larger text elements. We do offer a wider range of larger hang tag sizes, which provide significantly more printing area and allow for improved text visibility and scaling. Furthermore, please note that the 0.15" (4 mm) drilled hole is included as stated on the product page specifications.
