Puzzle Very Small and Poor Quality

I purchased a personalized photo jigsaw puzzle for a gift. The puzzle came in a very small (around 4"x5"), flimsy cardstock style foldable box (not the tin shown in the picture online). The puzzle was also smaller than expected when assembled. Although the website did not specify size, I expected a standard puzzle size that you would buy in a store- which led to my disappointment. The quality of the puzzle pieces was a little rough. I had purchased this as a single/main gift for someone, and ended up getting them something additional to go with it as I was embarrassed to give the puzzle alone once I saw it. All that being said, the person I gave the gift to was very surprised and really liked the personalized puzzle as they had never received anything like it before. It ended up being a great gift after all.
