I'm one of those people who never leaves a product review, but this was an absolute terrible experience. I would highly advise anyone considering this product to splurge for the extra expense and order direct from M&Ms. Background: I ordered 1000 units well in advance for an event. The product arrives 1 week before event kickoff, and there are LITERALLY 4 bags of 1oz M&Ms. I checked the tracking information and order confirmation to make sure everything was correct before contacting customer service. I will say that the customer service representative was very patient and diligent with this issue. She stayed on the line with me for an hour while she contacted multiple departments to figure out what happened. When the customer service representative and I contacted the manufacturing company that was managing my order, they were well aware that only 4 units had shipped and provided no explanation as to why I was missing 996 bags of M&Ms. If you've made it this far in my review, I'm sure you're wondering the most obvious question: 'why was I not contacted if there was an issue, or if the shipment would be delayed'. Well that's exactly what I asked! And not one person could tell me. Awesome customer service guys. You're failing at the basics. I then asked when I could expect the other 996 M&Ms to arrive, and the manufacturing company replied it would take another week to receive the remaining units. Not acceptable. I placed the order well in advance, and no one had contacted me about any issues. Get it together and make it work. Surprise. They did not. I had to cancel the order. To fix the issue, I ordered a rush shipment with M&Ms, who delivered on time with all 1000 units. So folks, go with a trusted vendor from the beginning and you won't be disappointed. This is the dumbest issue I think I've ever had to troubleshoot. Save yourself the headache.
