Thank you for your review. We regret that the print on your pen is smaller than expected. Please bear in mind that the placeholder size is very small, displayed at 1.75" W x 0.27" H. On-screen, the placeholder is zoomed for a better view when creating the design in the studio. We have pens with larger placeholders, or we recommend recreating your design so that it can be maximized based on the limitations of the placeholder size. We revised and added it to your projects. If this is satisfactory, we can assist with a free replacement order.
