Disappointed before Christmas

Hello Vistaprint Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the order I recently received, which was intended to be a Christmas gift for my mother. For a product that cost nearly $120, the quality is completely unacceptable.
Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed several serious issues:
• Multiple scratches and paint damage, where the paint is visibly missing
• Uneven, sloppy workmanship, giving the piece an unfinished and careless appearance
• Poorly cut edges, which are jagged and inconsistent rather than clean and smooth
This is not minor wear or shipping damage — it looks like lazy production and a lack of quality control. I have attached photos that clearly show the defects.
This was meant to be a meaningful, special gift, and instead I am embarrassed by the condition it arrived in. At this price point, I expected a professionally finished product, not something that looks rushed and flawed.
I have ordered from Vistaprint with the expectation of reliable quality, and this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that be a full refund or a properly remade replacement that actually meets your advertised standards.

The information was misleading. The material is presswood. The signs can not be used outside as the elements will cause this product to deteriorate quickly. I thought I was purchasing a wooden sign not sawdust and glue.

Vista Print is always a bargain because I can speak with a person about any issues I have. If I need to change a color or size, I do not see online, I can call customer service, and they will stay on the phone as long as I need until the design is right. Also, when I paid for design services, which were at a reasonable price, they helped improve my logo with a few small changes, which made it stand out.
