This isn't a decal that just puts the graphic on the glass, the clear sticky part outside of the graphic stays on the window like a whole sheet. This isn't the high quality type of decal we were hoping for.

I want to return them. They are terrible. I know you ask me to upload an image and I did, but I didn’t realize that you were just gonna send me basically a photocopy of my image. I would never hand these out to my clients. I have ordered from you before and they’ve always been beautiful so I am totally disappointed. I’m hoping that you will refund my money and do new cards with a new something. They’re just not OK.

Thanks for sharing your review submission. We’re sorry to hear that the image quality did not translate well to print, resulting in what looks more like a low-resolution reproduction. That's not the experience we would want for you. For future orders, we recommend using high-resolution images (typically 300 DPI or higher) to ensure sharp, clear printing. We would also recommend utilizing the digital proof option that's available to you from the design studio to ensure that the design image is to your satisfaction before processing your order. We have processed an edited replacement order of the affected car window decal. Details of this replacement order can be viewed from the order history of your VistaPrint account.
